Der Brut Réserve ist ein runder und harmonischer Champagner. Die feine Perlage und die strohgelbe Farbe lassen das Wasser schon vor dem ersten Schluck im Mund zusammen laufen. Im Mund wirkt die Brut Réserve erfrischend mit eleganter Mineralik und weissen Früchten. Angenehme Reife.
Die Cuvée wird aus den drei Rebsorten Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier und Chardonnay komponiert und ist seit 1945 unverändert.12%vol.
